Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition through outreach, networking, and face-to-face engagement
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers across target industries
  • Promote a broad range of workplace service solutions in a consultative sales style
  • Attend meetings, site visits, and industry events to uncover business opportunities
  • Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets with support from an experienced team
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking using CRM software

Skills & Experience

  • Background in outbound B2B sales, ideally within service-based or solution-selling environments
  • Comfortable managing a field-based role with regular client interactions
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities
  • Organised, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Confident using digital tools such as CRMs and Microsoft Office
  • Full, unrestricted Australian driver’s license
  • Tertiary qualifications are an advantage but not essential
