A well-established national provider of essential workplace services, delivering tailored rental solutions across workwear, linen, hygiene, and safety products. Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition through outreach, networking, and face-to-face engagement
- Develop relationships with decision-makers across target industries
- Promote a broad range of workplace service solutions in a consultative sales style
- Attend meetings, site visits, and industry events to uncover business opportunities
- Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets with support from an experienced team
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking using CRM software
- Background in outbound B2B sales, ideally within service-based or solution-selling environments
- Comfortable managing a field-based role with regular client interactions
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities
- Organised, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Confident using digital tools such as CRMs and Microsoft Office
- Full, unrestricted Australian driver’s license
- Tertiary qualifications are an advantage but not essential
