They're now looking for a Lead Software Engineer to guide a their existing engineering team of 5 engineers and help shape the next evolution of their product.

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years working as Lead Engineer

• Deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot

• Strong experience with AWS (bonus points for DevOps exposure)

• A passion for both mentoring and hands-on coding (approx. 50/50 split)
