Your Role
Step into a pivotal role as a Principal Enterprise Architect, where your impact will be on how we collaborate with insurance business partners, integrate with adjacent products and platforms, and unlock new avenues for business growth.
This is a role for a strategic problem solver—someone who can dive deep into the detail while keeping sight of the bigger picture. You’ll define common integration patterns and own the roadmap that articulates the vision and approach for delivering architectural enablers that support scalable growth and elevate customer servicing.
Working closely with cross-functional teams across Technology, Digital Business, Distribution, and Customer Servicing, you’ll help shape how we connect, scale, and innovate across our technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture aligned with business and technology strategy.
- Define portfolio architecture, assess cross-journey impacts, and manage interdependencies.
- Ensure architectural integrity across products, platforms, and teams.
- Promote open-source principles and community-driven architecture artefacts.
- Oversee multi-journey solutions for strategic alignment and integration.
- Broker architecture decisions across Technology and Federated IT landscapes.
- Drive execution of architecture within the federated community, working closely with business units and partners.
About You
We’re seeking someone who brings an entrepreneurial mindset and a proven ability to think creatively and challenge conventional approaches, along with the following key skills:
- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, preferably in large-scale, complex organisations with federated operating models.
- Align enterprise architecture with business and technology strategy.
- Define portfolio architecture and assess cross-journey impacts.
- Ensure architectural integrity across products, platforms, and teams.
- Promote open, community-driven architecture practices.
- Oversee multi-journey solutions for strategic alignment.
- Facilitate architecture decisions across Technology and Federated IT.
- Deep knowledge of modern technology stacks and architectural best practices.
- Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams, platforms, and multiple portfolios.
