Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist, Cybersecurity Analyst to strengthen our security posture by providing expert support and leadership in cybersecurity initiatives. You will collaborate with the Security Manager and Program Security Lead to drive security accreditation, vulnerability management, and incident response activities, ensuring the successful delivery of secure solutions across programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accreditation efforts, including analyzing artifacts and test data.
• Perform and report on vulnerability scans in collaboration with SMEs.
• Oversee and support penetration testing activities.
• Provide expert analysis during incident response.
• Deliver SME guidance to integrate security capabilities into programs.
• Execute security tasks and identify best practices in cybersecurity.
  
  

Experience Required:

• 6+ years in cybersecurity or related fields
• Information Security Manual exposure
• ASD Essential 8 experience
• Protective Security Policy Framework experience
• Experience in regulated industries or government organizations.
• Proficiency in vulnerability management.
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework and security accreditation.
• Expertise in ICT security risk assessments and Agile environments.
  
  

NV1. NV2 or baseline clearance is highly regarded. Australian Citizens only are elligible due to the nature of the organisation.
