Business Development Manager – Managed IT & Cybersecurity
Melbourne | Hybrid (3 in-office / 2 WFH)
Up to $110K + super + uncapped commission (OTE $160K+ with trailing commissions)
6-month salary review to $120K–$130K
An exciting opportunity to join a fully Australian-based Managed Services Provider delivering secure, high-performance IT and cybersecurity solutions to the SMB market.
With ISO 27001 certification, a fully manned SOC, and all engineering staff based locally, this organisation is built for clients who take security and quality seriously.
This is a full-cycle new business sales role with strong support and genuine career growth on offer.
What You’ll Be Doing
Full ownership of the sales process: prospecting, solution selling and closing
Targeting small to medium businesses with an aim to sell a wide array of products
Selling managed IT services including; cybersecurity, VoIP, ISP and hardware
Managing deals with values ranging from $50K-$150K
Who You Are
2–3+ years' experience in MSP, IT services, or telecom sales
Strong understanding of cybersecurity and managed IT solutions
Comfortable running consultative deals
Driven, structured, and confident engaging with business and technical stakeholders
Happy in a hybrid setup, 3 office / 2 WFH
