- Design and deliver scalable GenAI and automation solutions that solve real business problems.
- Experiment with emerging tech, from LLMs to the latest in Power Platform to build smart, secure, and maintainable systems.
- Mentor and uplift your teammates through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, analysts, and designers to bring ideas to life.
- Own the full lifecycle - from concept to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to a growing community of AI practitioners, sharing learnings and shaping best practices.

You’ll Need
- Demonstrated experience in software or AI engineering (ideally 10 plus years), coupled with demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives.
- Strong coding skills in Python, C#, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks (e.g., transformers, LLMs).
- Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, custom connectors).
- Proven ability to design and deliver AI solutions across business domains.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred or AWS/GCP).
- Solid grasp of SDLC, Agile practices, and DevOps principles.
- Automation experience, especially with visual business objects.
