Our Paraplanning team plays a vital role in supporting bankers by preparing high-quality, compliant, and strategically accurate advice documents. By collaborating with various stakeholders and ensuring adherence to compliance standards, we deliver tailored financial solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.

What role will you play?
As a Paraplanner, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and compliant advice documents, such as Statements of Advice (SoAs) and Wholesale Advice Documents (WADs), tailored to meet client goals and objectives. You will collaborate closely with Bankers and internal stakeholders to refine recommendations, conduct detailed financial calculations, and ensure all advice aligns with compliance standards. Your role will also include reviewing advice submissions, maintaining detailed records, and providing coaching to Bankers on documentation standards. Additionally, you will manage your workload to meet service level agreements and escalate any compliance or process inefficiencies as needed.

What You Offer
- Strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements, with expertise in financial planning software such as XPLAN
- High attention to detail, with proven ability to draft accurate advice documents and perform precise financial calculations
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and articulate advice recommendations clearly
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain detailed records to ensure compliance
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to provide coaching and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
