At Cement Australia, the Fleet Allocator (internally known as Delivery Execution Officer) plays a pivotal role in our day-to-day operations. You’ll be the engine behind the scenes, ensuring our fleet runs like clockwork and our customers get what they need, when they need it. Whether it’s managing delivery schedules, liaising with drivers and customers, or resolving issues before they become problems, you’ll be central to how our depots operate nationally.
Rosters:
- Monday to Friday: 4:00AM - 1:00PM with every second Saturday from 6:00AM - 12:00PM
- Monday to Friday: 9:00AM - 6:00PM, with every second Saturday from 6:00AM - 12:00PM.
- Tuesday to Friday: 6:00AM - 3:00PM, Saturday: 4:00AM - 1:00PM.
Once fully trained, you’ll also have the flexibility to work from home for one Saturday shift each month.

Your Opportunity
In this role you will:
- Scheduling and allocating deliveries to meet performance and customer delivery targets (DIFOT).
- Working closely with drivers and contractors to manage daily fleet operations.
- Monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely delivery based on customer needs.
- Responding to delivery issues quickly and efficiently – you’ll be our problem-solver.
- Keeping communication clear and proactive between internal teams and customers.
- Operating safely and responsibly in line with our SHEQ standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in fleet allocation, scheduling, or transport operations.
- Confidence with digital tools (Microsoft Office, ERP systems like SAP preferred).
- Great communication skills, both with your team and with customers.
- A cool head under pressure and an eye for detail.
- Background in the cement, concrete, or heavy logistics industry is a bonus, but not essential.
