Key Requirements (Mandatory)
Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years of Program Management experience.
- Must meet the minimum requirements set out in Project Management Level 3.
- Proven experience in communicating directly or supporting Project Managers in engaging with senior management and governance authorities (e.g., Business Sponsor, Project Board, Steering Committee) with appropriate frequency and formality.
- Demonstrated ability to direct multiple project activities to achieve synergistic outcomes across projects, stakeholders, and peers.
- Strong track record in implementing process change and ensuring compliance with project methodologies.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to delivery
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Comfortable navigating complex project environments and governance structures
- Strong leadership and coordination capabilities across multiple workstreams
