Working for Australia’s leading University on various technology projects, this role is responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive change strategies and supporting plans to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and long-term sustainability of project outcomes. Flexibility and adaptability are keys to the success in this role, especially the ability to manage wide range of complex stakeholders’ needs.

Specific Skills

  • A minimum of 5-year experience delivering technology-driven change, using a structured change management methodology. (mandatory)
  • Demonstrated/ proven track records in delivering multiple concurrent/parallel projects – able to manage and handle complexities due to competing priorities. (mandatory)
  • Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal – able to translate ‘technology-talk’ into ‘business-talk’ with ease. (mandatory)
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and navigate a complex organisation. (mandatory)
  • Demonstrated experience with the academic/research landscape at a university with prior experience in the Higher Education (university) sector. (highly desirable)
