Thanks to an internal move, we’re on the lookout for a Project Manager – Science & Innovation to join the Chobani team where you’ll lead cross-functional teams and help bring a range of new products to life – all whilst keeping things on time and on budget.

No two days will look the same in this role. You’ll use your knowledge of the Stage Gate process to take products from idea to launch, managing a diverse mix of internal stakeholders and external partners along the way. Think of yourself as the glue that holds it all together – making sure products get made, packaging is printed just right, and everyone’s aligned.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you’ll wear a few hats – part risk manager, part organiser, part budget tracker, part people wrangler – but above all, you’ll be the go-to person to keep our exciting pipeline of projects on track and commercially sound.

You’ll be based at our modern office in Dandenong South, with the flexibility of a hybrid 3/2 working model.

Skills & Experience:

• Ideally to be successful in the role you will have:5+ years of new product development experience in food manufacturing
• Someone who can manage multiple projects and keep timelines (and people!) on track
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder skills – you’re confident influencing and holding the line when needed
• A genuine love for food, innovation and new product development
• Qualifications in Food Science (or a similar field)

This one’s ideal for a hands-on, proactive Product Development pro who’s ready to step into a broader Project Management role where you’ll bring together the right people to make great things happen – and help us keep delighting our consumers with delicious new products.
