Project Engineer - Professional Services

Logical are partnered with an Australian business who for the last 12 years have specialised in providing bespoke IT solutions for local businesses.

In this dynamic role you will be assisting the Professional Services team, support cross-functional teams, help drive continuous improvement across the business.

Delivering high quality solutions to clients your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver projects on time and within budget
• Engage with clients from pre-sales through to training and handover
• Provide technical implementation, documentation, and end-user training
• Identify risks, manage scope, and track project progress
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing
• Support and mentor team members across the business

What You’ll Bring:

• A passion for technology and delivering exceptional client outcomes
• Strong communication and project management skills
• 3-4 years experience with systems/infrastructure/cloud projects.
• Experience working with Modern workplace, MFA, security frameworks
• Ability to troubleshoot server/networking issues, setting/implementing firewalls, VLANs, Switches
• Experience working with M365, Cisco Meraki, HP Switches, Sonic Wall, Sophos and FortiGate
• A proactive mindset and a drive to innovate and improve
