About The Role

We’re now looking for a Digital Business Development Manager to join our Commercial team on a permanent, full-time basis. In this role, you’ll identify new digital advertising and content opportunities that drive revenue, grow audiences, and deepen year-round fan engagement. You’ll collaborate with the digital product, social, and partnerships teams to grow and commercialise the digital and social assets of the Australian Open, AO Series, and Tennis Australia.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Driving new business and commercial growth across Tennis Australia’s digital and social platforms, delivering on revenue and surplus targets
  • Managing digital campaigns end-to-end – from briefing to execution, reporting, and optimisation
  • Building strong client and agency relationships, leading responses to briefs and delivering innovative digital sponsorship and content solutions
  • Presenting and packaging digital assets including branded content, social campaigns, EDMs and advertising
  • Collaborating across teams to manage multiple projects, aligning on strategy, and ensuring seamless campaign delivery


About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A strong background in sales and negotiation, with proven success delivering digital campaigns end-to-end
  • Experience working with media agencies and direct clients, building strong relationships and driving results
  • A solid understanding of sport, media partnerships, and evolving digital media trends and platforms
  • Confidence in presenting to stakeholders and aligning brands with content, product, and sponsorship opportunities
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate across teams
  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
