The Member & Advice business unit is redefining member experience through innovative service excellence. We're on a transformative journey seeking customer service professionals who can drive meaningful change. Your expertise will be critical in shaping our future service strategy and delivering exceptional member value.
The Role
Reporting to the Team Leader you will be responsible for the timely and informative resolution of member enquiries across insurance, investments and superannuation.
On the job your role will be responsible for, however not limited to:
- Resolution of inbound member enquiries over the phone, via email and chat session
- Attendance and engagement within team meetings
- Attendance at professional development sessions
- Participation in team activities
Upon commencement you will undertake a 3 month mandatory on-site induction and blended training program that will introduce you to UniSuper, our services and products and our service expectations. You will complete further training over the next six months to enhance your skills and knowledge.
About You
It is not essential to have come from a superannuation or call centre environment however we are looking for engaging, highly efficient and extremely customer service focused individuals who are keen to commence, or progress, their superannuation experience.
You will have the natural ability to build rapport with our members, therefore strong communication skills and the attitude and desire to learn are crucial. This role requires you to navigate multiple systems therefore you must have strong systems skills.
As a customer service professional, you understand the need to ensure an extremely positive customer experience - this will provide you with ongoing success in this truly extraordinary organisation.
