What You’ll Do

• Lead from the front Own end-to-end delivery of business analysis across large-scale multi-year national program.
• Drive clarity and insight Facilitate workshops, define business problems and document requirements that align with strategic goals.
• Model the future Analyse and design current and future state processes to improve member and business outcomes.
• Support delivery excellence Collaborate with project managers, developers, testers and change managers to ensure seamless execution.
• Mentor and uplift Coach junior analysts and contribute to the development of BA capability and community of practice.
• Champion quality and compliance Ensure traceability, manage risks and uphold regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Experience as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst in a commercial environment.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, elicit requirements and deliver high-quality BA artefacts.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels.
• Deep understanding of both predictive and adaptive delivery methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office and Visio.
• A passion for continuous improvement, mentoring and uplifting BA practices.
  
  

Bonus Points For

• Certifications in business analysis, process modelling, or change management.
• Experience in finance, insurance, or large-scale transformation programs.
• Affiliation with Institute of International Business Analysis, Project Management or Technology Institutes
