About The Role

Are you a team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow your career in finance? We’re looking for a motivated Collection Officer to join our Credit Department at the Store Support Office in Rivervale.

In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of credit customers - ensuring timely collections, accurate account reconciliation, and prompt resolution of customer queries via phone and email.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing a portfolio of credit customers
  • Reconciling customer accounts and resolving outstanding issues
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Working collaboratively with a supportive and experienced team

  • Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a positive, can-do attitude
