Working closely with divisional leadership teams, you will act as a trusted advisor, offering commercial insights, influencing business cases, and challenging divisional plans. You will support business leaders by providing recommendations on commercial constructs and financial models for new initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial support and recommendations on commercial constructs and business cases for new divisional initiatives.
- Lead the delivery and analysis of monthly management, operational, and board reporting.
- Analyse performance, identify opportunities through interpretation of results, and provide clear insights to leadership teams.
- Support and apply rigour to the planning and reforecasting processes for Divisions.
- Seek and execute process improvements to the existing operating rhythm and reporting.
- Create and update financial models to support new and ongoing business initiatives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across Corporate Finance, Group Finance, and the wider business.
You are a confident professional with a proven track record in a senior finance role. You can distil complex financial information into clear, actionable insights and are comfortable presenting to and influencing senior executive leaders. You possess strong commercial acumen and a high level of self-awareness and personal effectiveness.
Requirements
- Formal qualifications in a relevant area and/or CA/CPA accreditation.
- Five years’ experience in a finance role with similar scope.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to challenge and coach peers and senior leaders respectfully.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience creating and updating financial models.
- 2 days per week working from home.
