About The Role
We are looking for a people-focused Learning and Development Specialist to deliver engaging training experiences across onboarding, guest service and career development. This role plays a key part in building confidence and capability across our restaurants, supporting programs such as Ignite, Ember and Flame.
Reporting to the L&D Manager, you will work closely with Franchise Partners, Restaurant Leaders and internal stakeholders to bring learning programs to life and support continuous improvement.

About The Role
We are looking for a people-focused Learning and Development Specialist to deliver engaging training experiences across onboarding, guest service and career development. This role plays a key part in building confidence and capability across our restaurants, supporting programs such as Ignite, Ember and Flame.
Reporting to the L&D Manager, you will work closely with Franchise Partners, Restaurant Leaders and internal stakeholders to bring learning programs to life and support continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate high-quality onboarding, guest service and leadership development workshops
- Deliver training sessions that reflect our brand values and engage learners at every level
- Support content development and maintain consistency across delivery methods
- Coordinate learning sessions, schedules and logistics to ensure smooth program execution
- Work with stakeholders to tailor learning to operational needs and collect regular feedback
- Monitor LMS engagement, generate training reports and share insights with the L&D team
- Reinforce food safety, hygiene and WHS standards during training and evaluations
- Minimum three years' experience in a learning and development or training delivery role
- Background in hospitality, retail or QSR is highly regarded
- Comfortable leading workshops for a variety of audiences and experience levels
- Confident presenting sessions up to six hours in duration
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and Microsoft 365, including SharePoint
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a relevant adult education qualification
