The role:

Troocoo is proud to partner with a leading mining organisation to recruit a Procurement Business Analyst for a short-term contract opportunity. This role can be based in either Brisbane or Perth.

This opportunity is suited for an experienced Procurement Business Analyst seeking to make meaningful contributions to both business-as-usual operations and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and project teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of business analysis activities.
  • Analyse, evaluate, and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Promote sustainable practices in procurement and across the supply chain.
  • Drive the design and enhancement of procurement systems, tools, and templates.
  • Support the project delivery within the digital and procurement functions.
  • Develop tools, templates, and frameworks that enhance efficiency and output quality.
  • Identify and proactively manage risks and issues related to project deliverables.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholder to navigate complexities and uphold alignment with key objectives.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a procurement business analyst or project business analyst position within a digital environment.
  • Extensive experience across procurement functions such as invoicing, purchase order management, and other transactional processes.
  • Experience with SAP and Ariba is essential
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary business and process analysis frameworks, methodologies/and best practices.
  • Ability to build and sustain effective relationships at all levels.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
