Senior Business Analyst

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a digital transformation initiative focused on converting manually downloaded PDF customer forms into dynamic online forms. These forms will be integrated into an existing Salesforce customer portal, streamlining user interactions and improving operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into clear specifications for development teams.
• Create and maintain essential documentation including process maps, user stories, and solution designs.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct cost-benefit and risk analyses to support decision-making.
• Facilitate workshops and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Support smooth handover and knowledge transfer of developed solutions.
  
  

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven ability to convert business needs into actionable technical requirements
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Experience in business process modelling and mapping
• Understanding of security, architecture, and solution design principles
• Ability to conduct cost-benefit and risk analyses
• Proficiency in Jira or similar Agile project management tools
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies
• This role requires the Business Analyst to be on site three days a week.
