About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in infrastructure and technology enablement projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and is passionate about bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit, document, and communicate clear technical requirements (including NFRs) as features and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
  • Represent the business product management team during sprint planning and feature prioritization.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, PI planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Align feature delivery with Iterations, Agile Release Trains (ART), and Program Increments (PI).
  • Identify and manage risks associated with feature delivery.
  • Conduct QA activities to ensure features meet acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, staff, contractors, and vendors.

Key Projects & Domains

  • Process mapping and validation of network deployment requirements (e.g., switches, BCP, DR).
  • Wireless infrastructure uplift and requirements gathering.
  • NIST audit coordination and data capture.
  • Cybersecurity initiatives and vendor collaboration.
  • New site setup and platform requirements capture.
  • Integration platform (e.g., IBM, Software AG) understanding and support.

About You

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity concepts.
  • Experience working in Agile environments (SAFe experience a plus).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
