What You'll Be Doing

Working closely under a supervisor and leading projects
Supervising and directing a team of qualified plumbers to complete projects on time and to a high standard
Coordinating the scheduling and assignment of plumbing tasks and projects
Monitoring job progress and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
Providing technical guidance and support to plumbers as needed
Liaising with clients to address any concerns or issues that arise
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all plumbing work performed
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient solutions
Participating in the recruitment, training, and development of plumbing staff

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of experience as a qualified plumber, with a strong background in plumbing supervision and project management
Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems, regulations, and best practices
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
A current plumbing license and relevant qualifications
