You'll be at the heart of building something truly special. Design and deliver leadership development programs that will shape the next generation of leaders at one of Australia's fastest-growing superannuation funds. The opportunity

You'll bring contemporary skills in leadership development and program design while making a tangible difference to employees and members. No day will ever be the same

  • Design innovative leadership programs and create the capability framework that becomes the foundation for all our development initiatives
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and craft solutions that drive real results
  • Lead employee engagement surveys from start to finish, turning insights into action through dynamic workshops and team-building sessions
  • Use data and evidence to design programs that genuinely improve the employee experience
  • Collaborate with the Head of Organisational Development on leadership strategy while managing external vendor relationships to deliver world-class solutions
  • Champion our diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through targeted leadership programs

About You

You're a natural communicator who thrives in front of audiences, combining exceptional facilitation and public speaking abilities with the strategic vision to see the big picture and the practical skills to make it happen. You're equally comfortable presenting to senior executives and running hands-on workshops with frontline teams. Coupled with the following will truly set you up for success

  • Extensive background in talent development, training, and facilitation at a senior level
  • Proven track record designing and delivering leadership programs that drive behavioural change
  • Experience managing employee engagement surveys and turning insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Tertiary education in HR, organisational psychology, or related field
  • Accreditation in psychometric tools and ideally coaching
  • Experience in superannuation or financial services is valued but not essential
