Project Coordinator – Agile Delivery | Finance Sector

Location: Melbourne | Hybrid Work Environment

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator with a passion for agile delivery to join our Melbourne-based team and help drive the success of multiple projects across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects within an agile framework.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, schedules, and progress reports.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and changes, escalating when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear and timely updates.
• Support resource planning and allocation across various initiatives.
• Promote continuous improvement and agile best practices within the team.
  
  

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A background in finance or experience working in finance-related environments is preferred.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and project coordination.
