About the Role

As Digital Marketing Specialist, You Will

  • Manage and optimise our eCommerce website – from product content and UX to conversion tracking.
  • Deliver and continuously improve SEO and SEM strategies that drive visibility and sales.
  • Lead social media – including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn – using scheduling tools to stay on track and on-brand.
  • Work alongside our partnership teams to bring exclusive campaigns to life across our digital ecosystem from development of goals and execution to performance reporting.
  • Analyse digital channel metrics (Google Analytics, SEMrush Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to understand what’s working and where to pivot.
  • Create and maintain a strategic digital marketing plan - while staying agile enough to roll up your sleeves and execute.

About You

You’re a Digital All-rounder With a Love For Data, UX And Content – And You’re Just As Comfortable Building a Strategy Deck As You Are Creating Social Posts Or Fixing a Broken UTM Link. You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in an eCommerce or retail setting.
  • Confidence working with CMS platforms (ideally Sitecore, Contentful or similar).
  • Strong skills in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media management (organic and paid)
  • A proactive, independent mindset – you take initiative and run with it.
