As Innovation Senior Manager, you will lead a team of innovation managers and coordinators to deliver strategic innovation outcomes across the firm. Acting as a key business partner to service lines, you will drive collaboration, manage innovation portfolios, and ensure alignment with business goals. Duties / Responsibilities
Leadership and Strategy
- Direct and develop a high-performing team of innovation managers and coordinators.
- Shape and lead innovation strategies that directly support firm-wide transformation priorities.
- Act as the key liaison between the innovation team and service lines.
- Foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and high performance.
- Collaborate across teams to embed continuous improvement.
- Serve as the main point of contact for a business portfolio.
- Collaborate with service lines to identify, evaluate, and prioritise innovation opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions to gather insights and drive ideation.
- Support transformation initiatives and adoption of innovation solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of innovation projects, ensuring value and alignment.
- Track benefits, manage budgets, and report on progress and outcomes.
- Anticipate and address strategic and operational barriers to delivery.
- Uphold delivery excellence across all innovation initiatives.
- Build team capability through coaching, training, and process improvement.
- Encourage creative thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify growth opportunities for team members and the broader innovation function.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading innovation or transformation teams in complex environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, project delivery, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in digital technologies, business case development, and benefits tracking.
- Experience in professional services or innovation-focused roles is highly desirable.
