Summary
Deliver hands-on Level 2 IT support across hardware, software, and corporate systems in a dynamic government environment. Work closely with executives and contribute to ongoing ICT service improvement.
Role Overview
Provide responsive technical support, manage incidents and requests using ITIL practices, and work across various platforms and devices. You'll collaborate with internal ICT teams and external vendors while maintaining strong customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support for O365, Windows OS, smartphones, AV systems, and hardware
- Use ITIL for incident, problem, and request management
- Collaborate with ICT teams and vendors to resolve technical issues
- Keep users informed and deliver consistent, high-quality support
- Assist with training, documentation, and change management
- Build strong stakeholder relationships
- Maintain a safe work environment
Skills and Experience
- Hands-on ICT support experience in corporate/government settings
- Solid ITIL knowledge
- Proficient with O365, Windows, mobile, and AV tech
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
- Driver’s licence required
