The Role

The Manager Customer Experience is a key leadership position and is responsible for identifying, leading and implementing changes that transform the front-line customer service model within the Conciliation and Trader Intervention branch.


  • Influence operational leaders, team members and project teams to deliver customer centre strategies.
  • Help shape and enhance digital service delivery strategy.
  • Provide contemporary and professional advice to senior manager on customer experience matters.
  • Participate in project, operational and workforce planning.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
