Job Description

Our Gradate program has been ranked amongst Australia’s top 75 Graduate employers because we offer Allied Health graduates a robust learning experience. As the Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of up to 300 Graduates. This is a fast-paced and multi-faceted role across several recognised Australian brands.

The allied health market is challenging, and we are doing everything that we can to support the team to continue the fantastic outputs they are achieving. We are investing in new tech to improve access to untapped talent; investing in new recruitment marketing avenues; and investing in tech-forward platforms to engage with students. Please note, you can be based anywhere in Australia for this position.

You will make an impact by

  • Coordinating Early Careers talent through the recruitment process
  • Providing advice and guidance on the Graduate Program
  • Supporting the Graduate Program Manager with various marketing activities
  • Promoting the Graduate Program through various channels with universities and students across the country
  • Delivering a positive candidate experience regardless of the outcome
  • Assisting with national student placements

To be successful in this role

You are solutions-focused and enjoy a blend of candidate engagement and administrative responsibilities. You have a passion for Early Careers recruitment and understand the importance and impact of providing a positive candidate experience in tight candidate markets. You will bring;

  • Demonstrated success in early careers/graduate recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated experience with volume recruitment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
