Salesforce User Experience Designer & Adoption Manager
Location: Canberra, ACT
Security Clearance: Minimum NV1 required
Experis Australia is seeking a Salesforce User Experience Designer & Adoption Manager with NV1 clearance to join a high-impact Federal Government program in Canberra. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape user-centred solutions for critical public sector systems built on Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Lightning, and OmniStudio.
Support the elicitation of business requirements and development of user persona journeys for Salesforce system changes and enhancements.
Prepare wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
Plan and conduct user research and analysis throughout project lifecycles and business-as-usual (BAU) support.
Apply current Salesforce UX best practices, including Lightning and OmniStudio within the Public Sector Solutions framework.
Ensure compliance with relevant Federal Government digital policies, including accessibility (WCAG 2.0) and user experience standards.
Champion user experience at all stages of discovery, design, development, and delivery.
Produce documentation including UX designs, research reports, compliance assessments, and user stories.
Support change management and user adoption activities through the development of engaging training materials and learning environments.
Certification as a Salesforce User Experience Designer (mandatory).
Certification as a Salesforce Administrator (highly desirable).
3+ years of experience in Salesforce user experience design.
Expertise in:
UX principles and design thinking
Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Lightning, OmniStudio
WCAG 2.0 compliance
Prototyping tools such as Visio, Figma, or similar
Strong understanding of the Federal Government Digital Experience Policy and service design standards.
Active NV1 security clearance.
Change management knowledge (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, ACMP) applied within Agile or PRINCE2 environments.
Experience producing Salesforce in-app training, videos, e-learning modules, and user guides.
Proven ability to drive user adoption and change management for new or enhanced Salesforce solutions.
