About the Role:
This is a key design role supporting both our bookmaker clients and internal teams with high-quality, visually engaging creative work. As a designer, you’ll work across a variety of deliverables including digital marketing assets, social media content, motion graphics, branded presentations, and both internal and external branding materials. You’ll collaborate closely with our product and commercial teams to bring ideas to life across multiple channels. While the primary focus is on digital design, the role also includes occasional print work for expos and events.

At BetMakers no day is the same, we pride ourselves on being a dynamic and fast-paced team that love to deliver excellence. If you're ready to take on the challenge, the role will involve:
Marketing Assets & Campaigns
- Design marketing visuals for our clients, from app store screens and hero banners to social media content (including motion graphics).
- Support internal marketing initiatives and product launches with compelling creative.
- Craft eye-catching designs for expos, pitch decks, and reports using Google Slides or similar tools.
Branding & Visual Identity
- Develop logos, color palettes, and visual styles for new bookmaker brands.
- Help maintain and evolve our brand identities, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Tackle ad hoc design needs; internal tools, special projects, and everything in between.
Motion Design
- Create short animations and motion graphics for use in social media, presentations, and live events.
Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and more to deliver impactful and on-brand creative solutions.
- Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute to the direction of our visual content.
What tools will you be working in:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience with Figma for layout and UI asset design.
- Strong presentation design skills using Google Slides (or PowerPoint).
- Experience with After Effects (or similar tools) for motion graphics.
- Familiarity with InDesign for occasional print layouts (a plus).
- Interest in or experience with AI design tools (a bonus).
