- When they learn about our product
- When they choose to buy the product
- When they use the product at home
Responsibilities Of The Role
- Brand Strategy: Owns the Integrated Brand Plan, Brand Strategy and Initiative Masterplan to create and execute brand strategies for key projects and initiatives to deliver brand growth. Drives investment decisions to maximise profitability.
- Brand Planning & Executions: Identify consumers' needs across ANZ for P&G's key products, lead consumer research in developing a qualified brand concept, benefit and claims that addresses the consumers’ unmet needs.
- Collaboration: Work with multi-disciplinary teams (including Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Advertising, and Media Agencies) to win locally with key customers and/or channels.
What we are looking for
- A college degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s preferably with some business focus) with ideally 2-4 years’ work experience
- Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills.
- Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking.
- An ability to drive innovation and brand growth.
- Strong ability to communicate and team capabilities.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Ecom or media related experience will be a plus
- Responsibilities from Day 1 – You will start working on key brands from the beginning. Over time, as you expand your impact on the business, your responsibility and ownership of a brand will quickly grow.
