We are seeking a passionate and experienced digital delivery leader to manage strategic roadmap initiatives and testing programs that support Honda's future business objectives. This role embraces Agile practices, Scrum methodology, and a DevOps mindset.


This is a 6 Months Fixed Term - Full time opportunity !


How you'll make an impact

  • Lead the delivery of key digital initiatives aligned with Honda's strategic roadmap, ensuring high-quality outcomes and excellent customer experience.
  • Drive Agile project management practices, including sprint planning, release coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee go-live planning and testing for digital platform implementations, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Collaborate with the CX Manager, Digital Applications Manager, Business Applications Managers, ICT BAU teams, and external partners to ensure the systems architecture meets both customer and business needs.
  • Work collaboratively with vendors as one team, building strong relationships to maximise shared understanding and execution performance.
  • Champion Agile tools and ceremonies, supporting the use and administration of JIRA, Confluence, and related platforms.


What you'll bring to Honda

  • Minimum 5 years of ICT and business experience, with a strong track record in delivering complex Digital platforms and integrations across design, architecture, development, and testing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in end-to-end digital delivery, platform architecture, and Agile program/project management, including hands-on use of SCRUM methodology.
  • Demonstrated ability to embed Agile practices and uplift delivery capability across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong experience managing offshore vendor relationships and driving performance in a global delivery model.
  • Broad technical expertise across enterprise CMS, Salesforce CRM, IDAM, APIs and integrations, GA360, complex data models, testing platforms, and cloud environments.
  • Solid understanding of integration concepts and technologies such as APIs and ESBs.
  • Proficient in tools including Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, and Gantt charting platforms.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, technical documentation, and architecture diagramming.
  • Excellent communication skills - oral, written, and visual - with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
