About The Role

Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for financial insights and stakeholder collaboration? Join our dynamic Packaged Finance team as a Business Analyst, where you'll play a key role in driving performance, supporting strategic initiatives, and enabling smarter decision-making across the business.

You’ll also

  • Support key reporting cadences including weekly trade analysis, fortnightly R&O processes, monthly financial reporting, and budget development
  • Drive standardisation and process improvement across the Packaged Finance team
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and act as a floating resource across three finance teams to support vacancies, long-term projects, and deep dives
  • Partner with Finance Business Partners (FBPs) on capex projects and business case preparation
  • Present financial information clearly and insightfully to influence decision-making

About You And Your Skills



Starting in this role in a Business Analyst capacity, our ideal candidate will be open to working towards a role more aligned to a Finance Business Partner, who will want to take on more opportunities to upskill and develop their career with a growing Merchandise Finance team. This will require someone with a growth mindset who is comfortable working at pace in an organised and structured environment, comfortable with change and ambiguity.

You’ll also have

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities; experience with tools like Power BI and Visual Insights is a plus
  • Proven ability to navigate complex problems and deliver actionable solutions
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to distil key insights
  • Experience in commercial partnering is beneficial but not essential
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders
