We are now looking for a Workforce Team Leader to support our support worker team. This is a key leadership role with a strong people focus where you will play an important part in shaping how we support our workforce and deliver quality care to clients.
About The Role
Reporting to the Workforce Enablement Leader, you will lead our support workers and work closely with our Rostering and other stakeholders across the business. The role is all about making sure our workers feel supported and connected and that client visits are delivered safely and consistently.
This is a well-established role with clear expectations and day-to-day responsibilities. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to service improvement and help shape the way we work into the future.
This is a Permanent, Full Time career opportunity based at our office in Carrum Downs with regular travel offsite around the South Eastern suburbs and Mornington Peninsula.
