About the Role
As an HR Business Partner, you’ll work alongside the General Manager of People, to deliver tailored HR solutions across your client group. You’ll be a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders (Head of, Managers) to implement the HR business plan and drive people outcomes.
- Provide coaching and advice on employee relations, performance management, and enterprise agreements.
- Support workforce planning and headcount management aligned with strategic goals.
- Champion consistent application of HR frameworks and tools.
- Collaborate on communication and engagement strategies to foster a transparent and inclusive culture.
- Lead change management and transformation initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with HR teams to deliver high-quality, consistent HR services.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation.
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a generalist HR advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions including ER/IR, change management, remuneration, and EEO.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex ER cases and investigations.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with a focus on simplicity and employee experience.
- Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Deep understanding of relevant legislation and employment frameworks.
