About this opportunity:
Join our team at Ericsson as a Solution Architect, a critical role that drives our end-to-end technical solutions based on customer specifications and burgeoning business needs. As part of our dynamic team, you will focus on the design and impact analysis of satellite network upgrades, particularly the baseband and Juniper router enhancements within nbn’s LTSS environment. Lead multi-domain troubleshooting and root cause analysis to maintain high network reliability. Collaborate with customers and vendors to manage lifecycle and change requests. Translate engineering designs into operational processes that improve service quality and customer experience. Support presales activities by assessing solution impacts and migration strategies.
What you will do:
Architect and lead end-to-end satellite network solutions.
Develop and optimize automation tools and algorithms for proactive fault detection and monitoring.
Coordinate cross-domain investigations involving satellite, terrestrial, and vendor systems.
Drive network lifecycle management, including software upgrades and patch impact analysis.
Mentor NOC and back-office teams, fostering knowledge transfer and operational excellence.
Propose and implement automation processes to enhance service monitoring and troubleshooting.
Create and refine scripts and operational procedures to streamline tasks.
Suggest enhancements to increase network maintenance efficiency and service quality.
Drive initiatives to translate customer requirements into scalable operational improvements
Lead 2nd level customer experience resolution and analysis.
Translate SLA and KPI into actionable insights.
Propose and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction and operational KPIs.
Engage in presales to align solutions with customer needs and support smooth transitions.
