Medical Receptionist – Buderim Clinic

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Between 6:30 AM – 9:00 PM

Weekend shifts available at overtime rates (currently voluntary, may be rostered in future)

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth clinic operations and a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greeting patients and assisting with check-in and registration

Handling inbound calls, including patient inquiries and inpatient bookings

Coordinating appointments and managing patient flow

Supporting a high-volume clinic environment with professionalism and care

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who thrives in a busy setting and is eager to develop and grow in their role. If you have radiology experience, that's a big plus!

You'll need:

Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills
