This is a rare opportunity to join a respected, close-knit drafting team in a permanent, full-time role. You’ll report to the Design Manager and contribute to high-end residential designs using ArchiCAD 28.
Key Responsibilities
- Create accurate and compliant planning and working drawings
- Draft sales sketches, contract documents, and final plans using ArchiCAD 28
- Ensure all plans meet NCC, R-Codes, shire policies and developer guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver designs that meet client and council requirements
- Apply design solutions and carry out amendments based on feasibility, shire feedback and variations
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience drafting single and double-storey homes in WA
- High proficiency in ArchiCAD (v28 preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of WA building codes and design compliance
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Residential Building Drafting
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently, solve problems and deliver consistent, high-quality results
- Permanent work rights in Australia
- Salary up to $90K + Super
