Join us as the Head of Sales (m/f/d) for the Asia Pacific region, where you will lead the charge in driving our sales strategy for the Gas Services Distributed Program Business. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and growth objectives while creating and mentoring a high-performing sales team. Your expertise will be essential in identifying new business opportunities and building positive relationships with partners. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will align sales efforts with our overall business objectives, ensuring our continued success in the energy sector.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Gas Services Distributed Program Business in Asia Pacific
  • Develop, lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with partners and decision-makers
  • Establish and drive clear strategy priorities for growth, and sustainability in line with unique local understanding of markets and customers to ensure the portfolio long-term success.
  • Engages in marketing activities, including customer events to promote the portfolio.
  • Ensures up-to-date Program Business competitor analysis, market trends and feedback on wins and losses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and engineering, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability goals


What You Bring

  • You have a degree in Engineering, Business, or a relevant field and a proven track record of at least 10 years in sales leadership roles within the energy sector, specifically in Program Business specifically (Long Term Service Contracts)
  • A strong understanding of energy market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends in Asia Pacific
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills that inspire and motivate your team
  • A proven track record of driving sales strategy and achieving growth objectives

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
