This role is to backfill predominately administrative tasks to assist the GI Product Management team for a 12 month period while it is supporting a major business project

Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain and Update Policy Data Across Multiple Databases Take responsibility for ensuring all policy wordings and associated data are accurately recorded, regularly reviewed, and consistently updated across a range of internal databases and systems. Monitor for any changes in policy language, market developments, or regulatory updates, and ensure these are promptly reflected in the relevant records. Work collaboratively with underwriters, compliance teams, and other stakeholders to verify the accuracy and consistency of information.
  • Support the Creation and Ongoing Maintenance of Due Diligence Records Assist in the preparation, organisation, and ongoing management of due diligence documentation, including records related to underwriting, policy issuance, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure all files are appropriately categorised, up to date, and easily accessible for internal reviews or external audits. Liaise with colleagues to gather required documentation and help identify any gaps or areas for process improvement.
