What you will be doing in this role
We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our San Radiology and Nuclear Medicine (SRNM) team. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you'll play a key role in turning our strategic goals into everyday actions that drive success.
You'll manage the daily operations of SRNM, ensuring imaging services run smoothly and efficiently. You'll lead a diverse team, optimise workflows, and maintain high standards of patient care. A strong understanding of commercial market trends will help you make informed decisions and drive strategy.
You'll also lead change initiatives to improve efficiency and patient outcomes, while boosting department revenue through referrer engagement and marketing efforts. Implementing a customer service framework will ensure your team meets and exceeds industry standards and legislative requirements.
Supporting SRNM's strategic vision, you'll oversee quality management, financial performance, and risk management within the department. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Who We’re Looking For
- You'll bring prior experience in a Radiology leadership role, with a solid understanding of comprehensive imaging modalities, including high-end MRI, CT, Nuclear Technologies, and PET.
- You'll demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, effectively liaising with various stakeholders associated with the hospital, employees, and other healthcare professionals.
- You'll possess project management experience, enabling you to assess trends and key drivers, implement process improvements, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous quality improvement.
- You'll be commercially astute, with a keen understanding of key market drivers.
- You'll exemplify and promote great teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, actively fostering an environment of high performance.
- You'll have the ability to organise, manage, and prioritise multiple tasks according to business needs.
- You'll be an experienced leader, encouraging a culture of camaraderie and teamwork, facilitating open communication and collaboration among staff members.
