Join the Design and Architecture team of Post Trade Technology, to design and deliver strategic solutions. The Post Trade domain for the Commodity and Global Markets Business is on a journey to digitise its solutions and increase Straight Through Processing.

What role will you play?
As a Junior Solution Designer, you will be given the opportunity to influence the design and outcomes of a variety of innovative and strategic solutions. You will do this by collaborating with architects and cross-functional teams, conducting and presenting data-analysis to support design decisions, factoring in a range of disciplines best practice design principles (UX/UI, Data Architecture, Technology Architecture), and taking ownership of the design process to ensure that solutions meet business needs.

What You Offer
- 2+ years of experience as Business or Technology Business Analyst
- A learning mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Motivated to take on new projects, drive outcomes, manage priorities and thrive in a fact paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with some stakeholder management experience
- Capability of understanding complexity and presenting key elements
- Experience in data analysis, with strong Excel skills and exposure to SQL
- Exposure to delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Agile.
