Your New Role
We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a passionate technology leader to join the Information and Security team and lead the delivery of complex security projects and initiatives at the Fund.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Security Enablement, the Senior Security Technology Project Manager will contribute to the enhancement of the Fund's control environment, buy-down security risk, and improving outcomes for members and colleagues.
The position will play a critical role in maturing the demand management practices within the portfolio, with a focus on facilitating and coordinating agile delivery practices (sprint planning, sprint reviews and continuous improvement).
What You'll Need
- Proven expertise in leading complex technology projects within the security domain
- Passion for motivating employees to drive exceptional business and individual performance, and an ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience in Financial Services, Investment Management and / or Superannuation
- Experience delivering complex, technical projects and/or portfolio management in the security domain across medium to large matrix organisations
- Experience in leading information and physical security initiatives to buy-down security risk
- Awareness of cyber security industry frameworks and government guidelines
- Hands-on experience in information technology roles e.g. Technology lead, architect, designer, developer, cyber analyst
- Proven project and program management experience including strong skills in delivering initiatives utilising agile techniques
- Tertiary qualification in an appropriately aligned field e.g. Finance, Science and/or Technology
- Relevant certifications in project management, such as, Prince2 or PMP Agile certification
