Step into the role of Channel Process Development Manager and become the driving force behind operational excellence across our Channel network!


You'll craft and launch dynamic policies and procedures that not only meet-but exceed-compliance standards across legislative, legal, and business landscapes.


You'll be the guardian of our Channel's integrity, steering the internal Assurance process to keep our policies sharp, relevant, and fully aligned with all applicable acts, regulations, and OH&S requirements. Your work will ensure our network runs smoothly, safely, and successfully-every single day.


What you'll do

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that supports full compliance with all Licenses, Regulatory and other Legal requirements across the Channel network and teams.
  • Strategically lead the Channel Assurance process with a lens of continuous improvements.
  • Develop and maintain the respective Channel procedures manuals, including quarterly led and annual reviews with Stakeholders.
  • Draft, review and present these policies and process change for approval through our internal change management process.
  • Channel lead and product owner for core systems including Salesforce and Suretrack.
  • Build positive relationships internally to support a culture of good governance.
  • Maintain all required Channel manuals including the administration of version controls. Strong understanding of retail or lottery environment.


What you'll bring

  • Formal tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience in policy and procedural writing.
  • Intimate knowledge of the retail or lottery environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to policy and governance procedures.
  • Proven high level of planning and organisation skill
  • Experience working in a regulated industry
  • Positive and adaptable
  • Strong organisational, time management skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to work within a team and autonomously
  • Ability to develop, facilitate and present content across a variety of channels
