As a Senior Production Lead, you’ll be at the heart of our production floor — leading our team of automotive trades and specialists, improving how we work, and making sure every step of the process meets our high standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead a team on the floor — setting the pace, solving problems, and driving performance daily.
• Own your area of production, making sure everything runs on time, to standard, and within targets.
• Spot inefficiencies or bottlenecks and work with the wider team to build smarter, stronger processes.
• Keep everything organised — from team rosters and timesheets to updating systems and tracking performance.
• Run team huddles, production walks, and daily meetings to keep everyone aligned and energised.
• Coach and develop team members — support growth, give feedback, and lead peer-to-peer training.
• Be the final set of eyes on work before it moves to the next stage — quality is key.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and safety — help us work better, faster, and safer every day.
  
  

Let's Talk About You

• You’ve led people in a fast-moving, operational or production environment (automotive is not essential).
• You’re big on structure — love building and refining processes that actually make things easier.
• You’ve got a knack for coaching others and lifting team performance through clear, calm leadership.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles, 5S, or continuous improvement is a huge plus.
• You’re confident using systems, logging updates, and staying on top of day-to-day admin. You’re adaptable, proactive, and love solving problems on the fly.
• You’ve got a valid NSW driver’s licence.
