Our Cyber Risk and Resilience team is driven by a purpose to make complex cyber security concepts accessible to leadership teams, adopting robust risk-based methodologies to align cyber with our clients' strategic imperatives and help build cyber resilience. As a result of rapid growth, we are looking to hire an Executive (equivalent to a Senior Manager in Big4 consulting) in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney.
You will be an integral member of a team that delivers strategic cyber risk advice, and implementation support to organisations, their Boards and Executive leadership teams as they navigate pathways to cyber resilience, compliance and cyber crisis response. You will have a robust understanding of technology cyber threat environment and cyber risk methodologies. Your ability to communicate complex risk and cyber security concepts in plain language, to senior stakeholders, and to provide pragmatic, business-relevant advice on implementing cyber security strategies will make you a highly desirable candidate. You will also need to be highly effective working under pressure as we continue to develop a market leading approach to cyber risk management and compliance. The team's clients are diverse and span multiple industries including financial services, government, energy, resources and other critical infrastructure sectors, corporates, and leisure.

About you:
- You have 5-10 years of specialised cyber risk experience, ideally within a consulting environment, and have extensive knowledge of common frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST CSF, Essential Eight, ISO31000.
- In-depth experience implementing SOCI obligations for a range of clients and industries is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of AESCSF and Operational Technology (OT) cyber practices and standards desirable.
- You're confident in autonomously finding solutions to a range of problems, especially those related to risk and controls management, in a commercial and client focused way.
- You're a self-starter who is keen to work in a fast-paced environment that is always evolving and requires you to be proactive, confident and humble, embracing alternate viewpoints.
- You have proven experience delivering high quality work for clients and stakeholders in line with expectations and deadlines and with an innovative mindset and approach. You have experience providing the highest quality service to clients and fostering professional and commercial relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- You have proven experience in business development including developing go-to-market material and proposals.
