With a strong pipeline of early learning projects, they are seeking a dedicated Contract Administrator to join their team.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a program delivering new-build and refurbishment preschool projects across New South Wales, with individual project values up to $20 million. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the commercial success of these projects, working closely with the project management team and stakeholders.

The Role

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Preparing and managing subcontractor and supplier packages
  • Reviewing scopes, negotiating terms, and administering contracts
  • Monitoring budgets, tracking costs, and forecasting project financials
  • Managing variations, progress claims, and payment schedules
  • Assisting with procurement, reporting, and compliance documentation
  • Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to resolve commercial issues

About You

  • A degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
  • 3-5+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial or education sector construction
  • A solid understanding of contract law, construction budgets, and procurement
  • Highly organized with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
