Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity to join the People Experience Team as a People Experience Consultant.

What you'll do

  • Support our team members and people leaders with general queries.
  • Coordinate and process all employment related changes that occur throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Process and maintain all position creation and change requests, including the monitoring of compliance with organisational structure and delegation.
  • Provide advice, guidance and support to managers and staff on policies, award and contractual entitlements.
  • Conduct training for people leaders on systems and processes.
  • Administer and process employee due diligence checks.
  • Maintain accurate data integrity and systems processing.
  • Identify and implement PX related initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
  • SME in systems, including enhancements and migration testing.
  • Contribute to PX projects, offering expertise knowledge across system integration.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Partner with recruitment activities


What you'll bring

  • Previous experience in a HR/P&C coordinator/administrator role preferable.
  • Tertiary HR or related qualification preferred but not essential.
  • Experience with recruitment and employment administration activities.
  • Knowledge of HRIS (Oracle) or the ability to quickly learn
  • Customer service and delivery focused with professional approach and attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to work to tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and workload.
