The Key Accountabilities Of The Role

  • Lead execution and optimisation of ReadyTech’s paid media campaigns – across acquisition


and growth initiatives.

  • Ensure paid media is targeted, sequenced and performing in alignment with campaign goals


and funnel stages.

  • Collaborate with campaign owners to build, deploy and iterate on email journeys that deliver


clear engagement outcomes.

  • Support a strong test-and-learn culture across both channels, driving continuous improvement


in targeting, content, and conversion.

  • Partner with Marketing Ops to ensure campaign tracking, data capture, and reporting


foundations are in place.

The Key Responsibilities Of The Role

  • Set up and manage paid campaigns in platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager and


Google Ads, including audience building, ad creation, budget management and

optimisation.

  • Translate campaign briefs into clear paid media strategies – selecting the right channels,


objectives and creative placements for success.

  • Monitor campaign performance in-flight and apply real-time adjustments to optimise results


and spend efficiency.

  • Collaborate with Campaign Marketing Leads to build and refine nurture sequences and


triggered email campaigns.

  • Optimise email execution for cut-through and conversion – including subject lines, layout, CTA


hierarchy, and mobile responsiveness.

  • Support segmentation, personalisation, and automation rule building in marketing automation


platforms.

  • Implement and maintain best-practice tracking via UTM parameters and platform


integrations.

  • Feed performance observations and learnings into campaign retros and planning discussions


The Key Requirements For The Role

  • Deep executional capability across paid digital channels – from setup to optimisation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and assets across channels.
  • Collaborative working style with an ability to partner closely with campaign owners to drive results.
  • Strong understanding of what drives email engagement and how to optimise for response.
  • Comfortable working with digital platforms, automation tools and performance data.
  • Solid grasp of paid media mechanics – including platform nuances, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
  • Understanding of full-funnel marketing principles and the role of paid and email within B2B buyer journeys.
  • Familiarity with email deliverability, segmentation, and personalisation strategies.
  • Awareness of how campaign performance connects to pipeline and growth goals.
  • 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing with hands-on ownership of paid media and email marketing delivery.
  • Experience in B2B and/or SaaS environments with multi-channel campaigns and long buyer cycles.
  • Proven ability to execute, test and optimise digital activity to meet performance targets.
